Efest Florida welcomes participation by a wide range of organizations and individuals. We have opportunities for sponsors, exhibitors, restaurants, green living experts, entertainers, artists, and volunteers. We also welcome participants in our Children's Eco-Village. Because we receive so many applications each year, we are unable to feature everyone who applies. Following are our specific requirements and the official application.
REQUIREMENTS:
General Disclaimer for Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Restaurants - Your registration is not complete until we receive and approve your application. We also require pre-payment from exhibitors and restaurants as part of the application process. Applications received after October 1 will not be processed. We encourage sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants to register early.

Efest Florida
presents a wide variety of businesses focused on green living, sustainability,
and healthy lifestyles. Efest reserves the right to deny an application
from a business offering products that are already represented at Efest
by other exhibitors. We encourage early registration. Exhibitors must specify
their needs for electricity and additional tables and chairs as part of
their application process. There can be no changes after September 15.
Exhibit space is non-refundable after August 15 for any reason including
inclement weather on the days of the event.
Efest Florida will provide participating restaurants with a 10 X 10 free-standing tent. Individual restaurants may provide their own 10 X 10 tent as long as they notify Efest in advance. There is no reduced fee for supplying your own tent. A special food court area has been designated to bring maximum attention to our participating restaurants.
Efest 2008
will feature at least seven panel discussions on a wide variety of topics
related to the environment and healthy lifestyles. The panel members and
moderators are highly respected professionals.
Efest 2008
will need 250 volunteers. We welcome participation by companies, diverse
groups, churches, families, and individuals. Please visit our volunteer
sign up page to volunteer for a shift at Efest. Volunteers can also contact
